Explore Camp (grades K, 1, 2, 3, & 4)
$300/week
A traditional Summer Camp program that serves school-age youth, entering grades K thru 4. Children in Explore Camp are placed into groups with children of the same age for each session. Activity areas for Explore campers include: World Builders (STEM), Sports & Team Building, Skits & Songs, Nature/Outdoor Skills, Health & Fitness, Gardening, Instructional swim & Free swim.
Discovery Camp: $300 weeks 1, 2, 7, 8 & 9, $350 weeks 3, 4, 5 & 6 for SUPER FIELD TRIPS* (five field trips a week)*
This program is for youth entering the 5th and 6th grade in the fall. Youth participate in age appropriate team building activities including outdoor skills, service projects and three weekly field trips. Camp Fire North Shore’s Discovery Camp is a relaxed atmosphere in a natural environment that helps youth develop skills to work within a group, make friends, build self-esteem, make good decisions and learn firsthand about the environment.
Adventure Camp: $300 weeks 1, 2, 7, 8 & 9, $350 weeks 3, 4, 5 & 6 for SUPER FIELD TRIPS* (five field trips a week
Designed for youth entering the 7th, 8th, and 9th grades in the fall. We provide opportunities for youth to engage in exciting adventures each week and to develop leadership skills. Youth will spend three days a week off site participating in various field trip activities that will challenge them to explore the outdoors. Some of these activities include swimming, going to the beach, cultural and arts tours, geocaching, visiting amusement parks, watching sports & more!
Pre & Post Camp are included in the registration cost! Campers may be
dropped off as early as 7:30am and picked up as late as 5:30pm – Regular
camp programming runs from 9am-4pm
Breakfast, lunch and a post-camp snack are provided daily, free of charge.
All Counselors have received training, are background and reference
checked and have prior experience working with children
Summer-camp programs take place at our Program Facility at 2 Cain Rd in Salem.

Deposits
A $25.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for each weekly session is due along with your registration and registration fee.

Annual Registration Fee: $20.00/child or $30.00/family
Registration
We accept registrations via our ONLINE REGISTRATION Regpack system. Each family must set up an account in order to register your child(ren) for summer camp.
If you have registered for one of our programs via Regpacks in the past, then you may login to the Summer Camp 2023 portal using the same email and password.

Registration for summer camp will be accepted online until 11:59 PM on the Wednesday before the weekly session starts. If you are trying to register after that, please call our office.
Forms
Immunization records and documentation of a recent physical are required. Please submit documentation to Camp Fire prior to your child’s first day of programming. These may be uploaded to your Regpack account via the Medical Information form found in your child(ren)’s online profile. Records are required to be updated annually even if your child has been a participant with us in the past.
